Golden Peacock in Bloom Art Print
Beschreibung
In 1900, this would have felt radical. It still does. A peacock opens its tail like a slow firework, and the whole wall shifts from empty to occupied. Hang it where people sit and talk: above a sideboard in a dining room, over a low bookcase, or centred on a chimney breast. It rewards a dark or clay-coloured wall, and it gets on well with velvet, cane, dark wood and brass or aged gold fittings. Keep the surrounding shelf simple — a couple of glazed pots, nothing fussy. Don't crowd it with other patterned pieces or busy florals; the tail is the pattern here. On premium fine-art paper the fine feather detail and gold tones stay crisp and matte.
